Twelve years in software, seven years coaching, and a committed meditation practice woven through all of it.
I started coaching in 2018 when I got certified through the Co-Active Training Institute, completing a year-long Internal Family Systems training through the IFS Institute at the same time.
I'm heavily influenced by Joe Hudson's awareness-infused approach to relationships and business. Working with him showed me a totally different way of relating to my thoughts and emotions, and initiated me into utilizing my relationships and my work as fuel for my evolution.
I also studied Emotional Resolution with Cedric Bertelli. That practice greatly increased my awareness and reduced my reactivity — simple enough to easily learn and start implementing in life, and greatly helpful to my clients. Later, as I started getting deeper into traditional spiritual paths, I recognized how much Emotional Resolution had prepared me for a deep meditation practice. I draw a lot on the structures I learned from Cedric in the way I coach and teach.
I started a committed meditation practice in 2020. My friend introduced me to the work of Hareesh, a scholar-practitioner of Nondual Tantric Shaivism, and I became hooked on meditation and learning about classical spiritual traditions. I studied Realization Process, including teacher training, and am very grateful for years of personal mentorship from Jon Hansen and Roma Hammel in that tradition.
I first encountered Tibetan Buddhism when I went on retreat with Jennifer Welwood in 2021. I studied with her for nearly five years. I fell in love with the dharma, and she helped ignite a fire of devotion in my heart for collective liberation and wellbeing through cultivating awareness. She showed me a powerful interweaving of traditional meditation practice and psychospiritual work, and how to use relationships as fuel for awakening.
I've had the pleasure of deepening my Tibetan Buddhist practice with Dustin DiPerna, attending many retreats with him over the past few years. I admire the compassion and patience with which he meets every single student — qualities I hope to emulate.
I'm currently in a two-year nondual meditation teacher training organized by Jonathan Gustin, along with other amazing teachers.

I admire the technical precision of Dustin's meditation instruction and — above all — the compassion and patience with which he meets every single student. These are qualities I aspire to in my own work.

Years of personal mentorship in the Realization Process tradition. Their guidance profoundly shaped my understanding of direct embodied recognition of awareness.
